This class is one of a two-class series that explores coverage provided under the Homeowners Policy. In this session focuses specifically on the property coverage provided under the policy. The material is based on ISO’s Homeowners 3 – Special Form HO 00 03, but will discuss areas of coverage where policy language may vary in carrier proprietary forms. Included are several Discussion Points, E&O Tips, and chapter review questions. It is recommended (but not required) that this class be taken after COVERAGE ESSENTIALS: Homeowners Coverage, Part I.
